Birthdays in Ohio

Because we were in Ohio so close to Lindsey's birthday, we got to celebrate while we were there.  Twice!  First at Grandma and Grandpa Lykowski's...

And then at Grammy and Grandpa Hartsock's.  It was special because her cousins were there to party too!  That doesn't usually happen.

Then an immediate swoop for the whacks...if you look closely you can see she was not happy about this tradition.

But then Grandpa tries to make peace with cake.  Cake makes it all better
