House Update

Well, we kinda slowed up for a couple weeks.  We just wanted to take a breather and make sure things were where we wanted them in the walls and just kinda "live" in the space for a bit.  But once things started moving again...they moved!  The windows and exterior doors are in, the siding is up, the stone work around the base is just about finished and the insulation is almost done.  Drywall is supposed to start tomorrow and brick sometime this week too.  It's really starting to look good!
Disclaimer: This is not the final siding color.  We've had a few people wonder...
Now, the insulation part has been one of my favorite things to see.  I've only watched through video since I didn't want to shred my lungs (Ben was willing to take the risk).  Anyway, we are doing foam insulation, so they spray this mist onto the wood, in, what looks like a paint sprayer, and instantly (no joke) it grows to fill in the walls.  It's pretty amazing.  And apparently toxic to inhale since spacemen are needed to install it.
Here you can see how it grows in just a few seconds.  Neat stuff!
