Two wheeler!

Lindsey is riding her bike without training wheels!  Truth be told, this happened almost a month ago.  I know, I know, we dropped the ball.  We didn't even get any pictures of the process or of her even riding until today.  Bad.  And she loves her bike.  She's on it almost every day!  And she is so proud of herself.  She's really not going to like us when she's older.  Second child, no pictures of this significant event in her life.  And of course it's documented with Whitney, the older sister...hopefully we can make it up to her. :)  Good news is, we don't have any pictures or video of her putting her face to the pavement.  Only pretty, sweet pictures of her enjoying her new talent!  She worked so hard and was so determined to learn.  She had been asking for a few months, but we really didn't think she was ready.  And then it happened, we had a bike riding play date with her friend Thomas.  When we got to the park to ride, Thomas got his bike out the car...and her face immediately dropped.  "Mommy, Thomas doesn't have training wheels."  Oh, mercy, look out.  She was devastated.  And from that moment on, she was adamant that we teach her to ride on two wheels.  It took her about four sessions with daddy to get it down, but once she got it, she was OFF!
